1. Can i share the benefits of this programme with friends and family?
Yes! All the benefits of this loyalty programme can be shared with anyone as long as using the same loyalty number ( Loyalty card containing unique number will be given with every purchase)
2. Can i mix with Bass and Acoustic/Classical Guitar?
Yes! Total of strings will be contradict depending on type of instruments sent.
3. Is there any instalment available?
Yes! We have various instalment plan available for you to choose. We have In-House instalment plan of RM77 per month and various BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) plan (3-6 month).
4. I live outside Kuala Lumpur, can i enjoy the benefits of Pickup & Delivery?
Unfortunately the free Pickup & Delivery option are only for those who are living in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor. However for those who are living outside Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, guitar and basses can be delivered via own transport and delivery partners.
5. What type of instruments that is eligible for this program?
Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Classical Guitar, Electric Bass & Acoustic Bass
6. I have a bass to sent, do i still get the 12x Free Strings?
For basses you will enjoy 3x Elixir Strings Set throughout the 12x Bradotized (worth RM600)
7. The setup done on my guitars are not to my likings, can i sent it back for Re-Setup?
Yes! You can sent back your instruments as many times as you like until you are satisfied.

1. Bolehkah saya berkongsi kelebihan program ini dengan rakan dan keluarga?
Ya! Semua manfaat program ini boleh dikongsi dengan sesiapa sahaja asalkan menggunakan nombor yang sama ( Kad yang mengandungi nombor unik akan diberikan dengan setiap pembelian yang berjaya)
2. Bolehkah saya campurkan Bass dan Gitar Akustik/Klasik?
Ya! Jumlah & Jenis tali akan berbeza bergantung pada jenis instrumen yang dihantar.
3. Adakah terdapat sebarang ansuran?
Ya! Kami mempunyai pelbagai pelan ansuran tersedia untuk anda pilih. Kami mempunyai pelan ansuran In-House sebanyak RM77 sebulan dan pelbagai pelan BNPL (Beli Sekarang Bayar Kemudian) (3-6 bulan).
4. Saya tinggal di luar Kuala Lumpur, bolehkah saya menikmati faedah Pickup & Delivery?
Malangnya pilihan Pickup & Delivery percuma hanya untuk mereka yang tinggal di Kuala Lumpur & Selangor. Namun bagi mereka yang tinggal di luar Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, gitar dan bass boleh dihantar melalui pengangkutan sendiri dan rakan kongsi penghantaran.
5. Jenis instrumen apa yang layak untuk program ini?
Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Classical Guitar, Electric Bass & Acoustic Bass
6. Saya mempunyai bass untuk dihantar, adakah saya masih mendapat 12x Talian Percuma?
Untuk bes anda akan menikmati 3x Set Elixir Strings sepanjang tempoh 12x Bradotized (bernilai RM600)
7. Setup yang dilakukan pada gitar saya tidak sesuai dengan keinginan saya, bolehkah saya menghantarnya semula untuk Setup Semula?
Ya! Anda boleh menghantar semula instrumen anda seberapa banyak kali yang anda suka sehingga anda berpuas hati.

2. Pemegang boleh menebus maksimum dua (2) faedah pada satu masa
3. Loyalty Programme ini sah seumur hidup
4. Sila tunjukkan kad semasa menebus faedah
5. Dengan menggunakan kad ini, pemegang menandakan penerimaan T&C yang ditetapkan oleh Brado Guitars
